Robert Brough is an experienced professional in the field of real estate development with 27 years of experience. He has a diverse background in land planning, civil engineering, feasibility analysis, entitlement, due diligence, budgeting, construction management, and contract negotiation for residential and commercial development projects. Robert has successfully managed multiple projects to meet deadlines and minimize risk by maintaining schedule and budget.  Robert entitled and developed over 5,000 residential units and 2 million square feet of commercial space. Robert has built over 1,000,000 SF of commercial/medical space and approximately 500 Apartment units as part owner of CMI General Contractors Inc. Robert is responsible for the daily oversight and management of operations including project selection, design, estimating, procurement, construction and project management, as well as staff management and business growth.  Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Landscape Architecture University of Maryland.
