Michael began his career as an Assistant Project Manager, where he developed a deep understanding of project scopes, budgeting, and resource allocation. His commitment to excellence and attention to detail quickly propelled him up the ranks as Project Manager, Estimator, and now VP of Estimating & Preconstruction. In his current role, he oversees all estimating and preconstruction activities, leading a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality services to clients. Michael is passionate about mentoring young professionals in the industry and is a frequent speaker at construction conferences, sharing his insights on best practices and innovative approaches in preconstruction processes. He currently serves as a member for the Tri-County Council Workforce Development Board and has served on the Board for ABC Chesapeake Shores. His leadership and expertise continue to drive successful outcomes for projects, making him a valued asset in the construction field.
